I have a recipe that is delicious using dandelion leaves...it's entitled "Backyard Edibles" and includes fingerlings, bacon (although you can leave this out but I get such great bacon from Cooper's!) amongst other ingredients. If you like dandelions, I think you'll enjoy this recipe!
